How can Right Estate Agents offer such low prices?

Quite simply our business model is different to the typical high street chain. All our 16 branches across the UK are owned and run by the management team, which means it is really important for us to do a really good job.

We do not work from an expensive high street premises (after all 95% people go to the property portals first) so we can pass the savings onto our customers in the form of offer a low fixed fee. We believe this to be much fairer.

Usually within 2 or 3 days of you phoning to request a valuation someone from our team will visit your home to talk you through the valuation and our service.

Our business has been set up to put the customer first.  All our agents are owned and managed by the people you meet.  We do not subcontract out anything, and have complete contininity in a sale or letting so you will always be dealing with the same people.  Plus we will always get back to you.

Tell me about your lettings offering?

We provide full property management for 9%, which we believe is the most competitive in the whole of Oxfordshire.  Again, we can offer this because we do not pay for expensive offices in the High Street so can pass the savings onto you.

What does the 9% property management consist of?

All the paperwork – contracts, inventories, renewals, property checks and inspections.  For both landlords and tenants – no extras and definitely no so-called admin charges.

What does the tenant have to pay?

All the tenant pays is a referencing fee before moving into the property.  We do not charge tenants for anything else for the duration of their contract.

Tell me about this free rent guarantee?

Because our referencing is very strict, we like to show our confidence in the process and offer all our landlords a free 6 months rent guarantee.  This means, that no matter what happens, rent will be paid for the first 6 months – no questions asked.
